thyssenkrupp Elevator launches ‘Customer Lounge’ in Bengaluru

  • After the successful launch of a world class customer experience centre at Chakan in May 2017, thyssenkrupp Elevator launches its first customer lounge in southern India
  • Customer lounge harnesses the potential of digital technology like Virtual Reality and Interactive apps.
  • This is the first of its kind customer lounge in the regional office

After the successful launch of a world class customer experience centre at its Chakan, Pune based Multi- Purpose Facility (MPF) in May 2017, thyssenkrupp Elevator has launched its first customer lounge in Southern India at its Bengaluru based zonal office. The lounge was inaugurated by Mr. V. Jagadish Kumar, Director- L'Avenir Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a renowned VHT consultant.

The first of its kind customer lounge is equipped with digital technology like Virtual Reality and Interactive apps, which showcase thyssenkrupp global innovative products such as MULTI, TWIN, ACCEL, and MAX.

The lounge also houses four mock cabins having designs suited for premium residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Customers visiting the lounge can choose from various elegant fixtures, and cabin finishes to design an aesthetically appealing elevator of their choice.

The lounge is operational from 7th June 2019.
