- This mobile app acts as an alternate channel to seek any assistance or log any complaints / calls, if the customer can’t reach our call centre for any reason.
- The customers can use their registered mobile number to log into the app to see the units linked to their mobile number. They can then choose the specific unit having issues and submit their call/complaint.
- Additionally, the customers can also see the updates regarding their complaint on the app, with final closure and remarks.
In light of the ongoing lockdown in India due to COVID-19 pandemic, thyssenkrupp Elevator (India) has launched a new mobile app for its customers to seek any assistances or register any complaint/call from the comfort of their home during the lock down period. It has a user-friendly interface to perform the basic functions. The app is available on Google Play and App Store. It supports both the Android and iOS operating systems.
